Terms of use
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms are between you and Ambaum Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Aperchur. They cover aperchur.com and the Aperchur app; by using either, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@aperchur.com.
Private, by invitation
Aperchur is a private app. Access is by invitation, features change often, and we may pause or end access, or an account, at any time. We'll tell you first whenever we reasonably can.
Aperchur suggests, you decide
Aperchur reads your store's data and points to what looks worth acting on. Its findings and next steps are suggestions, not financial, tax, or legal advice. You decide what to change in your business, and you're responsible for those decisions.
Your data and accounts
Your store's data is yours. We use it only to run Aperchur for you, as described in our privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to connect each account you connect, and for following the terms of those services, including Shopify's. Keep your accounts secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your access.
Fair use
Don't use Aperchur to break the law, don't try to get around its limits, and don't try to reach another store's data.
No warranty
Aperchur is provided as it is. Its numbers depend on the data your tools provide, which can be late, incomplete, or revised, so check anything important before you act on it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using Aperchur.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Aperchur means you accept the new version.
