Aperchur is a private, invitation-only Shopify app operated by Ambaum Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we collect on aperchur.com and in the Aperchur app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to hello@aperchur.com.
What we collect
- When you request access: your name, work email, store URL, and anything you choose to tell us about your store, such as its revenue range and the tools you run. We also record how you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed and the site that referred you, if any. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address for an hour, only to stop the form being flooded.
- When you sign in on aperchur.com: the work email you enter, used only to check whether it belongs to a store on Aperchur. If it does, we pass it to our own inbox so our team can follow up and get you signed in. Otherwise we don't keep it. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address for an hour, only to stop repeated attempts.
- When you visit aperchur.com: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, and no advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect it.
- When you email us: your message and address, in our mailbox.
- If your store uses Aperchur: with your permission, read access to your Shopify store and to the other tools you connect, such as your subscription, email, advertising, analytics, and fulfillment accounts. That covers orders, products, costs, customers, and performance data, which Aperchur stores in your store's private install to build your view.
How we use it
- To answer your request and set up your store's install.
- To run Aperchur: bring your store's data into one view and suggest what to do next.
- To keep the site and the app working and secure.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The Aperchur team at Ambaum Labs, LLC, and the Ambaum team that sets up and supports your install. We also rely on a few services to run the site and the app: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (our own email), and Resend (sending email). They process data only to provide those services to us. Each store's data stays in that store's own install.
How long we keep it
- Access requests: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Store data: for as long as your store uses Aperchur, then deleted on request.
Your choices
Email hello@aperchur.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. You can revoke Aperchur's access to Shopify or any connected tool at any time from that tool's settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
